Breathworks Mindfulness for Stress

An 8 week course where you will learn:

  • Ways to reduce stress and become more resilient, calmer, happier and inspired.
  • To apply Mindfulness to aspects of your life, giving you more choice in how you respond to life’s challenges.

Mindfulness in the Workplace

One – day workshops, taster sessions to the full 8-week Mindfulness for Stress Course can be offered in the workplace.

Mindfulness in Schools Programme

Trained to teach .b (pronounced dot-be) stands for Stop, Breath and Be. The programme has primarily been designed to be delivered in schools and is aimed at young people aged between 11-18.  Young people are introduced to Mindfulness through visuals, film clips and meditation practices that bring Mindfulness to life.

.b Foundation.  This is an eight week Mindfulness course designed for staff and other adults working in educational contexts.

One to one sessions

Mindfulness sessions on a 1:1 basis can also be offered. Sessions last for up to an hour. Participants will learn Mindfulness practices and explore how these can be incorporated into daily life.
